Pottery with a Difference

In the heart of the pretty Cheshire countryside is The Firs Pottery, built up by Joy and Ken Wild at Aston Crossroads, Whitchurch Road, Nantwich (A530). You can browse in the two-story shop/showroom displaying an attractive range of stoneware (their specialities include oven and microwave ware, lamps, castle bowls, vases, planters and indoor fountains).

There is an adjacent workshop where locals and visitors can try their hands at producing pots on "Making Days". For as little as £30 (including lunch) you can spend a whole day working with clay in a small group(maximum 8 people) under Joy and Ken's expert guidance.
